EMPURIABRAVA

Empuriabrava is the exclusive residential marina of the municipality of Castelló d’Empúries. Located on the coast of the Bay of Roses and nestled in the heart of the Natural Park of the Aiguamolls de l’Empordà. Genuine in its design and unique in Europe, it boasts over 25 km of navigable canals, making it the dream destination for any sea and water sports enthusiast. The marina has more than 5,000 moorings, most with direct access to residences, and the most protected port on the Mediterranean coast. It also has an airfield, offering the possibility of arriving by land, sea, and air.

In Empuriabrava, you can enjoy many activities such as, for example, “Skydive”, the most sought-after parachute jumping zone internationally, set in a unique natural environment where you can enjoy the best experience whether you’re an expert or making your first jump. In the same area, we find “Windoor”, a wind tunnel where flying is possible for everyone, and not far from here, you can also surf an endless wave at the FlowRider located at the “WaveClub”.
“Passarel-la” is a nightclub that stands out in its field, one of the best in the area, where you’ll have an unforgettable night.
On the other hand, Empuriabrava also has a seaside promenade where you can enjoy all kinds of services, sports courts, playgrounds, bars, and restaurants, next to a 1.3 km beach located between the entrance to the residential marina and the mouth of the Muga River.
The Aiguamolls de l’Empordà are one of the main wetland areas in Catalonia. They are situated between the mouths of the Fluvià and Muga rivers. This is one of the natural spaces in Catalonia with the greatest variety of animal species. There’s a
“greenway” , Pirinexus, a flat cycling route in excellent condition where you can discover the essence of the Tramuntana region through its paths.

Empuriabrava is the residential development of Castelló d’Empúries, the former capital of the County of Empúries. Vestiges of this glorious past are reflected in its monuments and especially in the basilica of “Santa María de Castelló”, better known as “the cathedral of the Empordà.” Narrow streets, walls, the Jewish quarter (Call), the medieval history museum, the flour mill, and all its heritage will immerse you in the history and legacy of this charming Mediterranean town.

EMPORDÀ

If we tell you that almost a third of the Costa Brava and the Girona Pyrenees is protected natural space, you can already get an idea of what you’ll find there. Eight natural parks, with spectacular contrasts, ranging from snow-capped peaks to the most charming beaches and coves of the Mediterranean within just a few kilometers.

And within this short distance, there’s room for fishing villages and high-mountain rural towns. For monasteries and Romanesque churches. For Iberian remains, Greco-Roman ruins, Jewish quarters, and medieval fortifications. For all of Salvador Dalí’s surrealist legacy.

Cadaqués, Port de la Selva, Roses, Bellcaire, Peratallada, Monells… villages with their unique Empordà character that you can’t miss. There’s also room to enjoy in a thousand different ways. Skiing, hiking, mountain biking, golfing, or taking advantage of the relaxing effects of thermal waters at one of the spas. And there’s always room to sit down at the table and experience unique gastronomy, which will leave you with the finest taste of our regions.

CATALUNYA

In Catalonia, there will always be something more for you to discover. Choose the landscape to your liking: we are a region full of natural contrasts. You have the sea and the mountains. You can enjoy hidden coves with crystal-clear waters, stroll through a green valley skirting a glacial lake, or experience nature in the wild.

The sea, the beach, and the sea breeze form the essence of these neighborhoods and villages. The Catalan coast is dotted with inhabited areas, but not all of them qualify as maritime neighborhoods or villages in Catalonia. What characterizes the selected ones? They are coastal towns that keep the culture and activities linked to the sea alive and have also found the most attractive ways to convey their maritime character to visitors.

Wine and cava are part of Catalonia’s history. Each glass preserves a small part of the past, which is why wine tourism in Catalonia is much more than just tasting wines: enjoy the experience of sipping a glass next to the vineyard, sleeping in a wine cellar, trying a vinotherapy treatment, or wandering through the vines on a donkey or a ‘segway’. When you taste the wine again, all the memories will come back to life.
