Our garden with a pool becomes an ideal place to relax and enjoy with family.
The TRAMUNTANA APARTMENTS include:
Internet access, free wifi. All basic kitchen utensils: microwave, toaster, pots, etc. The possibility to rent sheets and towels if not brought along. Tables and chairs for outdoor terrace. Television with French, English, and German satellite channels. Private, uncovered, outdoor parking free of charge for guests.
POOL
We have a communal area where you can enjoy our pool and a spacious garden with sun loungers, where we have set up our free-use barbecue area.

TO GUARANTEE YOUR RESERVATION, A 20% ADVANCE PAYMENT OF THE TOTAL AMOUNT WILL BE CHARGED VIA BANK TRANSFER. THE REMAINING AMOUNT WILL BE PAID UPON ARRIVAL.
IN HIGH SEASON, RENTALS MUST BE AT LEAST ONE WEEK LONG.
ARRIVALS ARE ON FRIDAYS FROM 4:00 PM AND DEPARTURES ARE ALSO ON FRIDAYS AT 10:00 AM.
THE TOURIST TAX NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE IS €2 (VAT INCLUDED) PER PERSON/DAY. FROM 16 YEARS OLD AND UP TO A MAXIMUM OF 7 DAYS.
SITUATION
We are located 600 meters from the EMPURIABRAVA beach.
The TRAMUNTANA APARTMENTS are situated in a perfect location.
From our apartments, you can discover Empuriabrava: the largest residential marina in Europe, as well as one of the 3 natural parks in the Alt Empordà region.
We are located in the heart of the Bay of Roses, which makes it a strategic place. From here, you can start your excursions to explore this paradisiacal coast. To the north, you will find Roses with its citadel, the Trinity Castle, and numerous coves where you can enjoy the sea, the sun, and tranquility. Further north, you will discover villages facing the sea and their fishing traditions, such as Cadaqués, Llançà, and Port de la Selva. In Figueres, the regional capital, you will find the Dalí Museum, a must-visit if you spend your holidays in this area. To the south, you can visit the ruins of Empúries and, next to them, L’Escala. Girona, Banyoles, Pals, La Bisbal d’Empordà, and even Barcelona, less than two hours away, are interesting places to visit.
